• We're located in Redhill, Surrey (24 Goodworth Road, Surrey, RH1 1TE). Once you have booked, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing all the necessary information. The building is a residential building that has been converted into a medical clinic.

• A £30 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is deducted from the final cost of treatment if you decide to go ahead on the day.

• All appointments require a pre-arranged booking slot which is done through our booking system via the 'BOOK NOW' button above. We do not offer walk-in appointments. 

 

• All treatments include a consultation and same-day treatment option. If you’re unsure of the treatment(s) you may require or would like a consultation only, please book either a face-to-face consultation or a free video consultation via the ‘BOOK NOW’ link above. If you would like more information before you book, please email us using the above email.

• If you’re considering more than one treatment on the day, please do not book multiple treatment slots. On the day of the treatment, mention this to the doctor and they should be able to carry out multiple treatments within the same appointment slot.

• In case of cancellation, we require a 48-hour notice, and failure to do so or 'no shows' will result in loss of deposit.

 

• Please complete the Medical Questionnaire form sent with the booking reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid impacting your consultation and treatment time.
